John Fry is a highly experienced lighting cameraman from the South of England, specialising in getting it right first time!

   From the BBC to independant production companies, large corporate clients & events producers, John delviers technically excellent, good humoured, reliable & team spirited camerawork that is moulded to the specific requirements of that production, the subject matter and the location.

   John happily switches between taditional "BBC style" camerawork and more comtemporary loose styles, offering ideas where appropriate, and concentrates hard on communicating effectively with the director & rest of the crew.

   When there is no other crew, John is just as comfortable in a PSC situation having often directed himself on small corporate films, travel documentaries and ENG shoots. 

   John is passionate about getting the right shot, be it on a Arri SRIII on the Master Steadicam, a PDW-700 on the shoulder, or on a little handycam going down a ski slope!

John is also an experienced and passionate Skiing Cameraman & Snowboard Videographer
